More good news for Taser International Inc. (TASR:NASDAQ)… My pick for small cap comeback stock of 2007 just had its 25th wrongful death liability case against it dismissed, as it was found that the death of Richard T. Holcomb was not a direct result of the Taser device. In market news, just like yesterday, everything is up except Oil Service HOLDRs (OIH:NYSE). The Dow Jones Industrial Average is attempting to test support under most recent highs, both on the price chart and on Relative Strength. WaveStrength Traders: Keep a hold on your DIA puts. This should be the last hooray for the bulls. In fact, the rally is petering out just as I write…
