More good news for Taser International Inc. (TASR:NASDAQ)…

My pick for small cap comeback stock of 2007 just had its 25^th wrongful death liability case against it dismissed, as it was found that the death of Richard T. Holcomb was not a direct result of the Taser device.

In market news, just like yesterday, everything is up except Oil Service HOLDRs (OIH:NYSE).

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is attempting to test support under most recent highs, both on the price chart and on Relative Strength.

Material Profits
Oil prices are trying to continue yesterday's rise, and OPEC is reiterating that it may cut production again in December.

With the first production cut expected to impact supplies in January, this next cut could further dim supplies this winter. I'd expect prices for heating oil to rise sharply in the New Year.

Trading Tactics
